Who are we?

Hex Studios, created in 2011 by Lawrie Brewster and Sarah Daly, produces unique genre films inspired by classic horror. Their original storylines and captivating characters have won them ardent fans worldwide. Their success includes short film collaborations with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Channing Tatum, leading to screenings at Sundance and SXSW, and the development of the global horror phenomenon, "Owlman," with over 100 million online views.

They have produced an increasing number of horror films each year, premiering at international genre festivals, and have had successful horror film crowdfunding campaigns. Hex Studios takes inspiration from Hammer, Amicus, and Tigon, and has support from industry legends Roger Corman and Lloyd Kaufman. They are currently pursuing plans to develop a British Horror Studio ( with premises and facilities unlike anything the world has seen since the Golden Age of British Horror.
